Step 1:
Report to Your Rental Company. If you get into an accident, make sure to inform your rental company right away. This is a required first step in the process.
Step 2:
Notify Us Within 30 Days. Let Gigacover know about the accident within 30 days. Timely notification ensures that your claim is valid and can be processed smoothly.
Step 3:
Submit the Required Documents. After paying the excess to your rental company, upload the necessary documents via the Gigacover web portal. This includes your proof of payment and any documents requested in your policy.
Step 4:
Wait for Processing and Reimbursement. Once everything is submitted, we’ll process your claim. If approved, your reimbursement will be credited back to you — no complicated steps or long waiting times.
