We’re excited to share an upcoming enhancement to our platform — the Platform Injury Claim System (PICS). This new system is designed to simplify and support the claims process for both operators and workers in the event of a work-related accident.
What is PICS?
PICS is a digital claims system that helps platform operators manage injury claims more efficiently and provides workers with an easier, more transparent experience.
For Operators, PICS Offers:
✔ Automated Data Collection – Seamlessly gather the necessary worker information for claims.
✔ Claim Verification Tools – Confirm if the claim meets all requirements before submission.
✔ Timely Reporting to MOM – Ensure all claims are reported within the required timeline.
✔ On-Time Payout Monitoring – Track that payouts are disbursed correctly and without delay.
✔ Gross Earnings Calculator – Automatically compute a worker’s average gross salary for accurate claims.
For Workers, PICS Provides:
✔ Simplified Claim Filing – Submit claims easily with step-by-step guidance.
✔ Claim Status Tracking – Stay updated with real-time progress of the claim.
What’s Next?
We’re currently in the rollout phase of PICS and will be sharing more details soon! Including how operators can access the system and how workers will be onboarded. Our goal is to create a smoother, faster, and more transparent claims experience for everyone involved.
