Here’s a quick guide on what you need to prepare.
General Requirements (For All Claims):
1. Policyholder’s driving license and NRIC
2. Certificate of Motor Insurance
3. Complete Rental Contract with T&C
4. Complete GIA report
5. Police Report
Additional Documents for Section 1 Claims:
1. Proof of payment to the rental company (if the excess was paid) / Proof of payment to the workshop (self-repair paid)
2. Original Repair Invoice from workshop
3. Color photographs showing damage of the car
4. Color photographs showing the car after repair
Additional Documents for Section 2 Claims:
1. Discharge Voucher from primary insurer
2. Proof of excess paid to primary insurer

- Or upload directly in your Gigacover account portal
