1. These terms and conditions apply to any participant in the Referral Scheme, whether as a referrer or a referee. To participate as a referrer in the Referral Scheme, you must:

- be a licensed driver in Singapore; and
- be an existing CDW customer

2. A referral will be a “Successful Referral” where:

A new customer signs up using unique referral link, Made their first purchase of CDW policy

3. A new customer is a customer that:

has not purchased CDW or similar products from Gigacover before.

4. Gigacover will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.

5. Once a Successful Referral has been made, the Referrer’s balance will be credited.

6. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Referral Scheme and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

7. Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any referral benefits, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto.

8. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
